The Sauna
In the garden there's a summer house with a cedar sauna and a quiet space to cool down and rest. After a day on the coast path or in the water, it's the best part of the evening. Warm inside, wild outside.

The summer house is also a private, natural space to practise yoga, meditate, or simply read and rest while you cool down. Soft light through the trees, the garden just outside, no rush to be anywhere.
Garden steps wind up through the planting to the summer house, screened by greenery and open to the sky.
Two things worth knowing before you book. The sauna is reached by those garden steps, so it is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. It is also for adults only, nobody under 18.
The sauna is included in the price from October to the end of March. Wrap up, walk the coast, and come back to the warmth. It's when Carne Haven is at its best. From April to the end of September you can add it for £150 for the week.
